Commitment to Digital Accessibility

The website https://www.pointsdevue.eus is an online public communication service dedicated to presenting the artistic projects developed by the Points de Vue festival.

The implementation of Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 on equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship for persons with disabilities requires that all public online communication services be accessible to everyone.

The Communauté d’agglomération Pays Basque (CAPB), which is responsible for the website, pays particular attention to the accessibility of the digital services it provides to the public, in accordance with the objectives set out in its multi-year digital accessibility plan. This plan is available at the following address: https://www.communaute-paysbasque.fr/accessibilite.

To date, the website https://www.pointsdevue.eus has not yet been subject to a compliance audit and is therefore declared “non-compliant” with the French General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA).

As part of the ongoing redesign of the Points de Vue project, the associated digital tools—including this website—are undergoing a comprehensive review. This process integrates accessibility as a key objective, with a phased implementation of improvements aimed at facilitating access to content for all users, particularly people with disabilities. An accessibility audit is planned in order to structure and prioritise these developments.

In the meantime, the CAPB invites anyone experiencing difficulty accessing content or functionality to contact the service responsible for the website in order to receive appropriate assistance: contact@pointsdevue.eus.
