Commitment by the Basque Country Urban Community

The implementation of Article 47 of the Law of 11 February 2005 on equal opportunities stipulates that all public online communication services must be accessible to everyone.

The Basque Country Urban Community (CAPB) is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

To enable its various departments to meet this requirement, the CAPB has appointed a digital accessibility officer and carries out awareness-raising and training initiatives on accessibility for its staff.

In accordance with Decree No. 2019-768 of 24 July 2019, the CAPB has published its Multi-year Digital Accessibility Plan and annual action plans. The current documents can be viewed on the CAPB’s main website:
