Points de Vue is an international urban art festival established in 2017, organised by the Basque Country Urban Community, in collaboration with the local municipalities, the City of Bayonne and the Kaxu Gallery (formerly the Spacejunk Art Centres).
The festival reimagines the living environment of residents in the Basque Country by inviting local and international artists to create works in and with public spaces. Taking a wide variety of forms, the artworks remain in the area for varying lengths of time, sometimes until they disappear. On this website, you will find all the artistic projects carried out to date, as well as resources made available to you.
A must-see event on the visual arts scene, Points de Vue takes place every year in October. The festival offers a programme for all ages, featuring new works, guided tours, creative workshops, screenings and audiovisual performances. It also provides an opportunity for those involved in the visual arts sector to come together to discuss key themes during professional meetings.
